Release documentation URLs and APIs were reorganized under /notes/release/*, and a manual build-notes page was added so engineering can publish versioned deployment notes alongside the existing auto-generated GitHub/AI release feed.
Highlights
• Auto release notes UI: /notes/release/auto (was /release-notes; old path removed).
• Auto release notes API: GET /api/v1/notes/release/auto (was /api/v1/release-notes; old path removed).
• Manual build notes: new page at /notes/release/build; content source is this file (lib/config/manual-build-notes.ts).
• Footer link points to /notes/release/auto; robots disallow updated for the new auto-notes path.
Migrations & rollout
• No database migrations or index changes.
• Update any bookmarks, runbooks, or external clients that still referenced /release-notes or /api/v1/release-notes.
Verification (quick test)
• Open /notes/release/build — confirm version badge, summary, and sections (this deploy).
• Open /notes/release/auto — confirm UI loads and GET /api/v1/notes/release/auto returns JSON when authenticated/tenant context is satisfied.
